Memorial Liberators Donetsk

(Ukraine - Donetsk)

This memorial complex is dedicated to the Red Army, which liberated Stalino (today: Donetsk) in 1943. The two large figures are resembling a Soviet soldier and a mine worker holding a five-pointed flag together. At the feet of the memorial are the names inscribed of those who fell in the liberation of the city.
