Dutch Grave of Honor for the 4th Company, 3rd Border-batallion

(Netherlands, the - North Brabant - Ossendrecht)

The grave of honor on the cemetery Ter Duinen has been unveiled in 1977 as a replacement of the earlier Memorial from 1947.
The twelve names of the victims have been placed around the monument:

M. Jonkers
J.v. Dorst
G. den Boon
C. Verdult
C. Sibens
Chr. Hardus
C. Elst
H. Bander
H. Withagen
M. Plompen
P. Luijks
Below the names of the victims a text:
6 October 1945 – erected by the civilians of the municipality of Huijbereg – Ossendrecht – Putte and the soldiers of 4 III G B.
