(Netherlands, the - South Holland - Barendrecht)

In reliëf on the monument is a male figure in battle with the evil portrayed as a snake.
The monument stands along the driveway to the former Barendrecht bridge on the Achterzeedijk in the recreation area "Oude Maas".

On the monument are the names of the victims and the following text
