Drop Zone Y

(Netherlands, the - Guelders - Ede)

Drop Zone Y (Ginkelse Heide), the place were Brigadier-General Hacketts 4th Brigade, 1st Britisch Airborne Division landed on September 18th 1944. This is also the place where veterans stil make a parachute jump each yaer.
On this dropzone, two monuments can be found.
