Park founded and dedicated to the Canadians who liberated the Netherlands in 1945.

The following text is written on the memorial column:
A reminder to the Canadians who fought for the liberation of the Dutch people in the years 1940-1945.

This living monument serves to express prayers and thankings and must remember everybody to the fact that the voice of freedom may never be silenced.
