Memorial Helena Korn

Roeselare Communal Cemetery contains this memorial. It commemorates the Jewish woman Helena Korn, who committed suicide on 17 May 1940 after the Germans invaded Belgium and her husband and son were arrested.

She was buried on this location, later on she was reburied on the Jewish cemetery in Putte, the Netherlands.
